Jim Carr, MP for Winnipeg South Centre and Minister of Natural Resources during a quarterly town hall at the Asper Jewish Community Campus Wednesday May 25, 2016. One such issue discussed was the proposed cell tower at the corner of Niagara St and Grosvenor Ave (there is currently an MTS switching station that looks like a residential property there).
